The Aussois Ski Area
The 21 slopes of the Aussois ski area range from 1,500 to 2,750 meters altitude. With 3 black, 7 red, 6 blue, and 5 green slopes, the 55 km of the Aussois ski area offer a great variety of descents. Once your skis are rented, you can enjoy trails winding through forests at the lower part of the resort or challenge yourself on the higher, more technical slopes like the red Stella or the black Balmes run.
Freestyle enthusiasts can take on the Boardercross Rail Park near the red Bellecôte slope or explore the modules of the snowpark by the Eterlou chairlift. The Aussois Nordic park offers 30 kilometers of groomed trails for classic cross-country skiing and skating. The 15 km red trail connecting Aussois to the neighboring village of Sardières is a must-do.
