La Rosière resort

La Rosière: a blend of tradition and modernity

La Rosière ski resort started as a small mountain hamlet perched at 1,850 meters altitude, transforming in the 1950s into a decidedly modern ski resort. Chalets with traditional lines coexist with more contemporary buildings. La Rosière remains a peaceful destination where you can enjoy a sporty and rejuvenating stay. Mount Blanc, Mount Pourri, as well as Grandes Jorasses and the Matterhorn, reveal themselves during your walks.

Between restaurants offering Savoyard specialties, bars for drinks with friends, and ski rental shops, La Rosière is a ski resort where you'll find everything you need. Many activities can also spice up your après-ski. A running loop is available for snow running enthusiasts, snowshoeing and Nordic walking are offered daily, and a sledging area is available for children and adults alike.

La Rosière ski area

Together with La Thuile, La Rosière forms part of the Franco-Italian ski area Espace San Bernardo. The two resorts are connected by the Col du Petit Saint-Bernard and offer 160 kilometers of slopes. This includes 13 black runs, 31 red runs, 25 blue runs, and 6 green runs for you to explore once you've got your ski hire sorted. Cross-country skiing enthusiasts have three trails available, totaling 7 kilometers of skiing for all levels. Three secure routes have also been created for exploring off-piste powder on ski touring adventures.

Freestylers of all levels can hone their skills in the Poletta snowpark, which features numerous modules. A Funcross and a fun course are also available for children to learn skiing techniques on the slopes of Petit Saint-Bernard.
