Le Grand Bornand resort

A resort for everyone

Whether with family or friends, Le Grand Bornand ski resort will welcome you with open arms. The resort is divided into two parts: at the bottom, the village at 1,000 meters altitude with its historic center, square, and bell tower. At the top, Grand Bornand Chinaillon, located at 1,300 meters altitude, serves as the starting point for the slopes.

Certified as "Family Plus Mountain," the resort is ideal for families. Many activities are suitable for all ages: from a sledging track, to an escape game, ski joering, and even electric mountain biking on snow.

If you feel like taking a break and leaving your skis in their lockers, you can also explore the surroundings of the resort. Go with your friends to visit a farm that produces Reblochon cheese, as Grand Bornand is renowned for this delicious cheese. Of course, you'll get to taste it after the visit and learn more about Savoie.

In summer, the resort is known as a key stage of the Tour de France. Its long mountain roads delight climbers, and its forests offer beautiful descents for mountain biking enthusiasts.

The ski area

At Le Grand Bornand, you'll find 44 marked slopes (12 green runs, 15 blue runs, 14 red runs, and 3 black runs). The resort is part of the Aravis ski area, which includes the resorts of La Clusaz, Manigod, Saint Jean de Sixt, and Le Grand Bornand, totaling 211 kilometers of slopes. You can choose between two ski passes. Snowboarders can enjoy themselves at the SnowparkGB, located in the Maroly sector. If you want to explore the Aravis massif, Mont Dore resort with its friendly atmosphere awaits you.

With Netski, it's easy! Enjoy long ski descents with breathtaking valley panoramas. Whether with family or friends, be happy and plan ahead for your ski hire at Le Grand Bornand with Netski.
